Guarantee & Returns Policy
All masks carry a no quibble guarantee of replacement or refund if you are not entirely happy with your purchase
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy, in any way, with your purchase, please return your item, in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt stating the reason for the return. Returns must be sent using a trackable service. Once your return has been posted, please email with your tracking number and the reason for return

Please make sure that a copy of your invoice or a note of your order number and surname of purchaser is included, as failure to provide this information could result in your refund being delayed.
A refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt. Postage costs will not be refunded.
Please note: Due to health & safety reasons refunds will not be issued if the mask has been worn. Many items are dispatched in machine sealed clear wrapping. If the seal is broken then a refund will not be issued.
At our discretion we will issue a credit for the cost of the mask for returns received with the seal broken.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN OR THAT HAVE HAD THE SEAL BROKEN AS REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
A re-stocking fee of £3 will be charged if you have simply changed your mind after seven days.
Damaged or Defective Items
All items are checked before dispatch. However, if you product is damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately. If the packaging is damaged please mark the receipt “DAMAGED” when signing for your item, to enable us to make a claim against the carrier.
Non-deliverable and unclaimed orders
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will refund you the cost of your purchase. Postage costs will not be refunded.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
